Selection Process
The IPM Aptitude Test consists of 100 MCQs split into three sections: Quantitative Ability (40 MCQs and 20 short answer questions in 40 minutes), and Verbal Ability (40 MCQs in 40 minutes). Shortlisted candidates will then appear for Personal Assessment, which could be a Personal Interview (PI) or a Video-Based Assessment (VBA).
