The National University of Singapore (NUS) is Ranked 1st in Asia as per QS 2026. It is a global leader in higher education and offers merit-based scholarships to outstanding applicants. To seek admission into the NUS management programs, candidates must apply directly to the NUS Business School. Note that NUS does not engage any external agencies for student recruitment. Their 17-month MBA program is considered to be the most prestigious in Asia. The university does not fill all seats at once. The admissions process for a single academic batch goes on for several months. The seats are filled through Round 1, 2 and 3.

Note: The MSc in Management is a full-time programme with one intake every January. No physical documents are required during the initial application stage.

Required Documents

    Current Professional Resume: One page is highly recommended.
    Academic Transcripts: Complete or current undergraduate transcripts and degree scroll.
    Financial Support: Relevant financial documentation for the duration of the course.
    GMAT/GRE Scores: Highly recommended (Target score: 672+).
    English Proficiency: TOEFL (min. 100) or IELTS (min. 7.0).
    Application Fee: S$100.00 (non-refundable and non-transferable).

*Documents not in English must be accompanied by certified English-translated versions.

Admission Requirements & Profile

Educational Background

A strong Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline is required. While GMAT is not mandatory, it significantly strengthens the profile.

Admission Interviews & Essays

Interviews are your chance to connect personally. NUS values teamwork and community roles. Ensure your three essay responses reflect your career goals and align with the institution's core values.

Letters of Recommendation (LOR)

Two referee reports are required. Choose individuals (employers or clients) who can speak to your professional skills. If you have social service experience, highlight it here, as NUS emphasizes community impact.
